(close to) nude pictures on my phone

    Hey forum,

    So I'm at day 10 now, and I made the bet (as some sort of extra motivation to reach it) to do the 90 days challenge, but my friends send one or more photo's of (close to) nude girls which I immediately delete without opening (though I can see a the picture small on my phone before deleting it). Although I don't mind that they're just joshing with me and trying to make it tougher, is this messing up with my head and the whole 90 days NoFap challenge? My goal is to see what this challenge does to me, and experience it as good as possible. Is the challenge sort of not valid if my friends keep sending those pictures (although I immediately delete them)?

    Ahhah Hey Spencer,

    You have funny friends. I say be sure to continue instinctively deleting them with out a thought. I doubt that this will mess with your head, as long as you're not edging to them because I heard edging will mess you up bad according to what other people are saying on other threads.

    they'll grow tired of it. Your nofap challenge is way more important than this! A way I have to counter urges sometimes is imagine the scenario, in which I give in. I imagine it as if it was a film. I see myself alone, looking at a tiny screen. And then finishing and looking down, ashamed. It's all kind of sad.

    Then I ask myself "is this the type of person I am? Hell no!!" And then move on and do something much more productive :)
