To be honest, at this point, all sexual fetishes that people have just look bizarre to me and doesn't matter. It's like my brain refuses to even think about it. I too have noticed this. And I'm much more comfortable with these fantasies. I want to say they're more "innocent", I guess. He wants emotional interaction with someone and not just something to look at. He's attracted to the whole person and not just the body.

A lot of porn users are conditioned to a sort of voyeurism, it's normal to need emotional interplay and not to be satisfied by just looking. You will want whatever you have conditioned yourself to want.

Bottom line, if it's possible to condition yourself to be only aroused by a computer screen an not to a real woman (PIED), then it's possible to condition yourself to be aroused only by a real woman and not to images.

I was really carefully trying to recondition my sexual response to be very monogamous all through my recovery. Basically, I used all the stuff I learned on YBOP to condition myself over the course of the next few months. I figured if you can be conditioned to only be able to get sexually aroused by a screen, you can condition your sexuality to anything with enough time. And it worked. I only feel sex drive towards my girl. Other girls are still good-looking but I have no desire to have sex with them. The thought is not even tempting. Which is completely opposite of what I was many years ago, when I would've done any non-hideous girl at the drop of a dime. The sex drive is very malleable.

Anal sex, imo, is not at all natural, according to polls it was extremely rare before modern porn was around. I watched mostly anal porn for over a decade (age 11 to 22) and was very conditioned to it, but it went away completely after rebooting, it's disgusting to me now. IMO if you quit porn it'll go away, as long as you don't reinforce it by doing it or fantasizing about it.

Regarding foot fetish, IMO this is natural and normal. I wouldn't even really call this a 'fetish', it's just liking a body part, dunno why you're worried about it.

I have cleaned my life up and no longer watch porn. My only allowed attraction point is my wife. I can not explain how critical it is that your spouse be the only outlet for your desires. Now how I think about girls is COMPLETELY different. And since I think about girls 180 differently and in a healthy and loving way now, porn is just different now. Porn doesn't really do it for me anymore. Porn is just weird now. Because I don't think of sex in that way now. How I fantasize and think about girls now is A TON different than way back then. And I think this has dramatically helped my porn addiction. Just looking at sexuality in a very different way.

In the past, sex wasn't emotional, on some level it was like there was nobody else there because you were in your own head the whole time for one reason or another...It didn't take long once I broke the pattern to change everything. I'm not in my own head while having sex, I can actually focus on my girlfriend and everything that makes her attractive.
