    Hi all,

TRIGGER WARNING: I do include potential triggers in this description.

Porn has been an incredibly negative influence in my life so far. I'm only 20, but its wreaked havoc on my social and sex life... it's gotten to the point that I'm using porn as a way to escape from the problems in my real life that my use of porn has created.

I'm concerned as to what the long-term prospects of my rebooting, if I chose to do so, would be. I have been watching porn regularly since I was 9. I started getting into cuck fetish, interracial and captions when I was 16, and have been using almost exclusively that for the last 4 years. Before I found those fetishes though, I had no interest in that sort of thing.

If I quit porn, is there an actual prospect for me to get out of this rut I'm in, establish an actual relationship with a girl & have a normal sex life?

If you didn't already, you should read Your Brain On Porn book. There is a section that mentions your problem. And there are quotes from people recovered.
People develop deviant tastes on porn because those are better stimulating and experienced watchers need more stimulation as they desensitise over time with watching a lot of porn. Our brain demands novelty, and those are in endless supply in the world of porn. That endless novelty is why porn wreaks havoc on our brains reward system.
In the book, it is mentioned that these deviant tastes are most of the time porn originated and do not define real sexual tastes. Once people get our of this addiction, they go back to vanilla(regular) tastes.
You have been watching porn for a long time, and most probably your deviant tastes are coming from porn. Once you recover, you will probably be attracted to normal things again. Be PMO free for a month, for starters. See how this affects you. If you see improvements, do 90 days. Best, never watch porn ever again.
