    My 12 year old wants a smart phone. Only a smart phone. When asked why it’s because during lunch at school, his friends sit on their phone and don’t talk to one another and he’s bored and embarrassed.

    Any good studies or research showing negative effects of smart phones on pre adolescents? Except for the obvious issue of porn consumption causing problems.

    Bro, dont buy him a phone. I remember this one dude in my class when i was 13. We used to make fun of him for not having a phone. Al the way till High School, when he turned 16 - he used to workout, football, etc… he became so shockingly strong that everyone started to be afraid of him and everybody started respecting him. I advice you to not buy him a phone, because he needs to put his energy in other things. All the boys especially me used to waste our time with girls, jerking off, snapping, instagramming… but not this guy, he shocked the world…
