Yeah, you get attention off women during NoFap. But this can be a challenge in itself for someone like me who wants to remain celibate for at least another 1-2 yrs. Advice please? during this reboot phase this attention leads to me thinking afterwards about what could have happened. I then think about other similar interactions. this can eventually lead to fantasy. Also practical advice on how I can stop triggers and fantasy?
Don't you think having a healthy relationship can be good for you? Even if you don't earn money, a girlfriend is not necesseraly expensive ^^
You've assumed you'll find a girl who will make you spend money... It might not work out that way. You might find the perfect girl, if you believe in the law of attraction
thats not my main issue. if I make love? with someone I dnt go on to marry this might mean its harder for me to connect with someone in the future as I maybe comparing them etc
