    i was watching romantic movie so there was complete explicit scenes come in front of me mean like soft porn but it was not intentional.its been my 91th day of nofap and now i feel sad that it was relapse or not? i deleted the movie and didnt watch it more.

    I think if you were mesmerized by it then obviously it wasn’t a relapse but inaction when you see it is indicative of oncoming failure unless you are vigilant again.
