hi, at times i just cant control myself. i just want to talk sexist stuff about women with some other guy. like some 'guy talk' i guess where we downgrade girls in a sexual way. even my fantasies are mostly sexist n only have lust. anyone else struggling with this?
Some men use misogyny as a way to sexually abuse women or to talk sexually about women. It's a reason why I don't like misogyny. I usually back away from misogynists.
yeah even i dont want to do such stuff. but off late i cant control myself. all my fantasies are toward misogyny. to compensate i fantasy for women who i think are bad. or i imagining i'm paying them a huge chunk of money n then they agree to be treated badly
What is your relationship with women outside of these thoughts? Do you have contact with women? Romantically or otherwise? Could these thoughts originate from frustration because you have no contact with them although you would like to? How is your relationship to your mother?
yeah i have no relation with any women outside of these thoughts. i barely even have any friends. with my family, its not ideal.
Do you think it's possible that you internally crave that relation to women and since you don't have it, you conciously or subconcioulsy try to make yourself feel better by degrading women in your thoughts in order to make them seem undesirable and/or weaker than yourself? It could be, that you try to feel better about yourself by asserting dominance over women in your thoughts. If that is the case, you need to gain control over that since it neither healthy nor fair towards women and yourself. It may help to start doing things, that you personally find meaningful or important in order to feel better about yourself without having to put others down (in your case women). That could be anything, but for men it often is athlectic performance. Maybe try out different activities and improve in whatever one you like best. You'll most likely gain confidence and therefore not feel the same need to degrade others.
It's great that you recognise that these thoughts aren't healthy! Do you have any opportunities of socialising, eg. at school or work? It's harder to think in abusive ways of women when you're regularly interacting with women in a balanced relationship.
I know that fantasy. It's the one where she agrees to the abuse or misogyny in exchange for money. Then you end up getting assaulted by her family, blackmailed, fired, or sued.
It might be interesting to see if talking like this with another guy would get it out of your system or if it will reinforce those thoughts.
I think it would be unwise to do so. Not only would it most probably do nothing good to OP, it would possibly also bring down the other person.

A spy is meant to deceive or aid in destruction. If you ever catch a spy, it would be wise to report the spy to the higher ups or to destroy the spy. If you have sex with a spy, then I wouldn't be surprised if she shares a fatal infection that only her nation can cure. Condoms can break and don't always cover all infected skin. Again, spies only seek to decieve or aid in destruction.
