In my experience, this will go away if you stop lusting. You are addicted to lust, plain and simple. If all you do is stop watching porn, no it will not stop. You have to stop lusting completely, in all areas. Join an SA group at www.sa.org.f2f for help. I joined several years ago and it is EASILY one of the best choices I ever made to better myself.
That's not exactly true. For me, it was abstaining from PMO that helped. It was automatic, so I didn't have a choice in lusting. That might be the same for you too @helpme013. You've got to try for at least 30 days to find out.
Right, but you just said that you abstained from PMO, not just P. My point is that if someone who is truly an addict to porn/sex does nothing other than stop watching hardcore porn, in my opinion, that person will do nothing to recover from their addiction.
Sometimes when I pass by women, I get thoughts of their nudity or having sex. But then I remember that the women could be lesbians or transwomen. My sexual thoughts decrease because I don't like the thought of sexually objectifying a lesbian nor transwoman.
