Can't Defeat Porn addiction-- Relapse On [Every] weekend

Can i do workout after masturbation 2-3 times on that day or after that day [Extreme workout ]

    Hello,
    I added this title to just describe how badly i'm addicted to porn. I know about nofap since 2 years ago and Yes absolutely i know how much difficult it is that's why I'm trying so hard to beat my porn addiction.

    As I discover pron in 2 years ago and i started to follow nofap and in first 1-5 attempts i abstain form 45 days and this is my longest streak every after that i can't make it that much i relapse every time and i'm the same addicted person after even that much hardwork.

    As In nowdays [Last 3-4 months] I'm relapsing on weekend. As I'm IT guy and i work on weekdays and Saturday and Sunday is my off day of week.

    I do GYM and same I felt lazy on weekend for gym to.
    If i tell you all what i do on weekend. Normally wakeup and pickup phone scroll instagram and After tired of scrolling i watch movies and if i feel urge in whole day i end up with PMO/Relapse.

    Usually i don't watch instagram and movies in weekday.

    Weekend is my rest day so i don't go to gym.

    I don't have that type of friend that we can go outside for ride or anything. I'm alone/lonely on weekend.

    I know I'm not alone you guys are with me to help me and make me confident that i'm not looser.

  2. So you're relapsing every 5-7 days then? That's honestly not that bad to tell you the truth. Certainly better than doing it every day. It seems like you have the same problem I have, which is when you're alone with nothing to do, you turn to PMO to fill the void. My advice would be to find something to do that keeps you busy or even better out of the house, so you are physically unable to relapse as much.

    I just found some of solution for weekend relapse.

    1. Be prepared for weekend means plan your weekend
    2. Reduce screen time
    3. always stay outside come home when you tired
    4. Do housework (some activity)

    "always stay outside" means play outside games and meet with friends, do gym extra hours, meet neighbor or go to park, or movie.

    This is what i'm following from next weekend wish me luck.

    i am also from same field as you brother.

    I am working in IT field for many years, and i can tell you that you are doing great.
    at least you have the will power to go to the gym, i am so lazy that i havent set foot in a gym for years!
    I think, that becouse we (IT people in general) usually work with computers for long hours and sit on our asses all day long,
    our testosterone levels are very low, and thats why its very important do do sports.
