cant concentrate during the day

    dont know what it is bit i can't concentrate during the day in the day all i want to do is spend energy but cant engage
    its only the daytime i can sit down and engage with something like a movie or game

    the day time seems like a waste of time

    I am either hyper focused or easily distracted. Our brains are too used to constant stimuli and gratification, everything else becomes very boring.
