Believe me it is so easy but you who make it big deal ! Change your routine and kick the pc out for some days then you will pass it

 

Nobody started their recovery with 80 or 90 streaks at the first try, so its OK to begin with a 1 day streak the first times. After that, well, you should start learning lessons : why you relapse? what role does porn play in your life? how do you feel before and after an instance of PMO?

My point is, ESCAPING FROM PMO IS WORTH IT but you have to make an effort too. Sure, nobody said it was easy, and nobody can help you with the withdrawal symptoms. So you have to aim for bigger streaks every time you relapse and learn what you did wrong after each one.

Giving up and say "I can't" IS NOT AN OPTION
