cause i been trying to find online if it does, i had it for about a month now and it basically feels like a chest cold when you breathe hard theres some pain (but i don't even have a cold) or like you slept on your chest... i do sleep on my stomach all the time but i know with all my symptoms i kept getting from masturbating its definitely not a considence. and i feel like it would be a waste going to a doc as they will say that i am fine and normal. i been having mostly chronic back pain the last few months and i recently got an x-ray - nothing. i was even able to view my x-ray results online which says " Impression No radiographic abnormality of the lumbar spine. Overlying soft tissues are unremarkable." with that being said, i been trying to stop for years but its the hardest thing ever especially when i sleep, any tips? im thinking about fasting as i heard it kills your sexual urges but going all day without food didn't seem to work for me.
