I've abstained from masturbation and orgasm for 51 days but still have difficulties on quitting porn. Every time I see stimuli/images/my own body parts/etc. or get porn dirty thoughts, the feeling is so strong, "tasty" and attractive that makes me aroused to porn and get an erection. That nice addictive pleasure feeling keeps luring me into arousal mode even if I try to chase them away.

I'm currently still struggling to get rid of my addiction to porn although I've managed to get rid of the addiction to masturbate (fap). I'm so scared to touch my p3nis. I'm starting to notice the negative effects of watching porn even if it's without masturbation. My concentration and alert levelness has decreased and I don't feel that good anymore. I'm also starting to become a bit lazy. Looks like even porn is a monster too, not just masturbation! I thought only masturbation is the evil as it has the physical process of ejaculation, while watching porn doesn't involve anything physical. I heard its effects happen chemically in the brain so this means that it isn't necessarily that only physical process (like ejaculation) is harmful.

So, I'm trying to quit porn and just wondering if watching porn can deplete my serotonin levels or not? I'm stating to worry I'm starting to become more OCD again too. I wish I can get rid of addiction to porn but it's kind of difficult... My memory power is starting to decline again too. I'm even suspecting that my brain is becoming less sharp again. I'm also starting to feel less energetic/more tired.

My goal tagline to quit porn is "Avoid any exposure to porn stimuli, being aroused and stop porn thoughts as soon as possible no matter how good it feels.".
