Can suppressing the urge to talk to a girl cause headache?

I noticed some intense headache developing today after I couldn't initiate a conversation with a girl sitting next to me in the train. I think because something in me wanted to get out, like energy or so which I could have converted into a nice conversation. But because it couldn't leave my mind it stayed inside and caused so much pressure in my head it felt like exploding. It's weird to explain but I think a lot of my problems come from not being able to control this energy inside. So it gets stuck in the system and cloggs it like a pipe. I also felt bad because I didn't talk to her, felt like a missed opportunity. As if I was suppressing my instict which I felt. Is this familiar to anyone because I think this is a core aspect of social life.
