I also talked to people that said that it works. But in that case they have a very functional sexlife with their partner and they dont PMO they only watch some P. And then have real sex. I think it would be (it is) very hard to stay away from seeing anything that gets you going, weather it's real life or instagram etc. It's actually impossible but it's what you choose to do with it. Of course the best thing is to meet real women, but since the dating scene is completely messed up and 5% of guys get 95% of the girls there's a lot of men not even getting close to having a chance to meet a woman. This is also a huge part of the problem and the root to why men PMO more. They find themselves being so far from having the chance to meet and have sex with a real woman that in frustration they turn to PMO. This is probably why we see lower numbers when it comes to women, that and ofc that most porn are made by men for men etc. Not saying it's easy for all women but seeing that men in general have a higher sex-drive I can see that more man seek out porn as a substitute for real sex that is out of their reach.
