    So i didn't read this all. But i just want to ask that will nofap help me getting strong erections. My erections are very weak now because I fapped for 8 years. I'm 18 now. I have got 8 years to marry. Will I be ok upto that time. Is nofap worth it. If yes then I'm in from today.

    Nofap will give you stronger erections,will set you free from PIED(in case if you have PIED).But you will need some time to recover.My advice is to start nofap hardmode.
    Nofap is worth time believe me.Put aside better erections,there is so much benefits that is just so useful for everyday life.

    Of course it is enough,but with proper mindset,don't get me wrong.Be persistent.
    Strong will and complete avoiding of porn,masturbation,psubs and all triggers.

    Hard mode is no PMO,no porn no masturbation and orgasm.

    If you want to ask me can you have sex on hardmode,then yes you can.But i think,my advice is to stay away from sex for some time(depending on situation)but that is all up to you.

    I tried Hard mode on 15 January 2-3 weeks I felt horny. Then I got flatline with testicles paining slightly for no reason and then I masturbated with porn because I was scared that my libido has gone for no reason.     I m happy to hear that you will start nofap.
    About playing video games,i have seen much people just stop playing or reduce playing because of dopamine.
    I just have reduced playing video games,i didn't stop.
    My goal is nofap i personally don't see video games as my problem like i see PMO.
    If you want you can cut off video games and replace it with something different like gym,reading books,taking a walk,cold shower...It's all up to you.

    Flatline is normal to happen,i finnished my thanks God.Don't try to masturbate or watch porn during flatline,because it is just a trap for you to saw can you go hard.At least in my experience is that.

    If you started nofap today and say you feel good and have more energy that usual,then i have no explain for that.On day 1 to feel benefits of more energy you need to do long term nofap.Because after relapse some benefits will survive relapse,if someone do nofap long enough.

    In flatline most people experience,low libido or no libido,depression,no will for sex or masturbation(depending on person).I can't know that if you are still in flatline,that you must find out.
    Yeah nofap will make you more sensitive to be arousal no doubt,when i was on high streak i remember i would get aroused just when talking with random girl at store(without sexually thinking of course).That was powerful feeling xD.
