    Hey guys,

    Just a quick technical question. I've got a narrow foreskin and I need to masturbate a little to make my dick hard so I can stretch the foreskin. No I'm not watching porn or anything when I do this. Do you guys consider this as acceptable in nofap or does it affect a little?

    Hey @Roffelaar, I think you're fine to do that, but be careful that you're not having to think about porn/sexual things, just stimulate yourself enough to get the job done and then let it be.

    As an aside, have you been advised by a doctor to do this with your foreskin? Sounds painful...

    Awesome thanks for the reply mate. I'm trying not to think about any of that stuff.

    And yes the doctor has advised me to do this. Got a special creme for it. And yes it is not pleasant, but there's worse things in life than a little bit of pain :)
