Can getting a circumcision effect pied recovery

I want to know if getting circumcised while recovering from pied will effect my recovery at all my doctor was advising a circumcision to get rid of some discomfort I’ve had for the last 7 years I’m now planning on getting it done but I’m recovering from pied and I don’t know if it should effect my recovery or not

 

That’s not the problem my foreskin has been causing discomfort for about 7 years I just now am recovering from pied I’m just worried if it would effect my recovery the whole thing scares me

 

Like irritation at the tip of the Penis I was told I can have sex it’s not an infection of any kind they checked for that so I had 2 options I was told go 3 months and not mess with it and it may heal or get a circumcision I’m on day 80 still have the discomfort I’m thinking of going to day 180 before I decide to do the operation or not the tip will get red and it’s Something that generally occurs with uncircumcised penises

 

Then again this has been going on for years so I may need longer to recover it’s been 7 years since the discomfort began so and it took me a long time to quit masturbation so I was not able to go the full 3 months for years now I’m close but I think it would take a little longer so I’m extending it to 180 days 6 months
