Well, this is my 3rd time with NoFap. The first 2 times i fell with 5-10 days.
The two first times i was anxious with the minimum days to reboot. I think this was a bad choice for me. I'm on the 3rd time right now and registered only the day i started again. It works better for me not counting the days. I'm not worried about the 90 days anymore.
I think i'm starting to feel some flatline symptons right now. Some days ago i faced a severe headache (3 days long), pissed off with everything, can't think clearly, not focus, some urges for sex, hate, some body laziness, sadness without reason, when i was talking with someone i was looking down to the ground, feeling small.
I have a difficulty of get up from the bed early, not to wake up but get up.
I don't have night polution until today.

Yeah, flatline 100% normal during this stage. Everyone is different but I've found that most people go through flatline around day 30. I've been in a flatline for the past month and a half. Symptoms like: brain fog, low confidence, tired all the time, no motivation, no libido, and anxiety. It sucks, I know. However, this is an extremely important time for the brain. It's healing and rewiring itself. The brain is pretty much shutting down to make these changes. Stay strong and fight through it. I feel myself slowly coming out of it but I'm not certain yet. Be patient. There's a lot of light at the end of the flatline tunnel.

As the man said most people including my self flatline at about day 25-30. I got all the symptoms you mentioned. I’ve had them more or less everyday and I’m on day 100 today!

I've been doing NoFap for a year now, and I still go in and out of flatlines. The severity definitely lessens over time though. The first six months were basically one long, arduous flatline. When I go into a flatline now, it might last about a week, then I'll have about two weeks of feeling good, then another little flatline, and so on. Recovery isn't linear, so it won't be like going from severe flatlines to suddenly no flatlines at all. It's more of a gradual process that will exponentially get easier the longer you abstain from PMO.

There are some problem about using medicine for headache during the flatline ? It has anything to "do" during this time or only do the observation of myself and my reactions ? This symptons they disappear by itself ?

You can use headache pills if you have a headache. The symptoms will disappear when your brain is healed from the addiction.

Even though i don't understand your question i will try to respond to the best of my ability.
Your mind handles stress by escaping to sex/ orgasm.
Hardmode is powerful bcoz it teaches your brain other ways of handling stress.

  15. FLATLINES WILL NOT AFFECT YOU IF YOU DO PHYSICAL EXERCISE EVERYDAY

If you look at the science related to other addictions, exercise is pretty much universally accepted as beneficial in some way. If anyone has porn induced ED and suffers confidence problems as a result like I do, I think feeling good about the way you look could be massively good for you. And a big part of that has to do with how much you are moving your body.

Before COVID, I was going to the climbing gym two or even three times a week. I felt the best I've felt in years and I think that's what helped me fend off most or all of the mental flatline symptoms. Now, that part of my routine has been taken away from me for 4 months now. I live in LA County and it's still real bad here, and gyms have just been shut again. I struggled to replace the climbing with other physical activity because climbing is just so fun for me. Once I started to notice that I needed exercise again, I was pretty deep into the accompanying depression that I had even less motivation to find something else.

The plural of anecdote isn't data, though, so do your own research and experiment yourself to figure out if it works for you. I think too many people accept what is said on here as the rule of law and get discouraged when things don't go the way they 'should.' My flatline, for example, has lasted 7 months and my first experience with the anger, depression, loneliness, and other symptoms that OP described came yesterday. I anticipate a long road ahead because it seems like my case is an extreme one. And before anyone asks, yes, I just started seeing a therapist, and yes I'm going to see my doctor to rule out any medical causes for the ED as well.
