Burnt Out Dopamine Receptors & No Pleasure from PMO

Nofap veteran here... Been on this site since 2019 (yes...) and have been on Nofap on and off. I made a log book of the times I PMO'd and I've found out my PMO count per year has doubled compared to 3 years ago, when I could actually hold the urges. Nowadays I feel like I am doing PMO because I wanted to or for no reason at all, but in recent months I have felt some symptoms of PIED.

I'm not sure if there is anyone like me, but I just don't get orgasm / pleasure anymore from PMO. Maybe due to addiction I sometimes felt compelled to watch porn, especially manga (I personally cannot really stand real life porn, don't know why) and would not feel a single dopamine rush when I orgasm. I just feel like semen is flowing out slowly. How messed up am I? Are the dopamine receptors burnt out? This happened recently, and I know PMO is definitely the problem here so I'm taking my step to fight it, but I want to know if there are anyone who experienced similar thing as me?

Also, I think I have PIED, or worse. I can't even get a really good erection while watching porn...

I feel similar. I think I feel some sort of dopamine rush when I PMO, but it feels very much reduced and more numb. Sounds like your dopamine receptors are burnt out.

My receptors are also burning from so much porn locust. Can it be irreversible in such a situation

    It's not permanent.

Brains are neuroplastic so when you abstain and let your brain heal it will recover. However, you may have to recover longer and the flatlines you most likely will experience will be brutal.

I have been on a flat line for several years before I even started abstinence, is such a situation also reversible
