    Hey there!
    I was just wondering what people do on a daily basis to maintain a healthy life or more like a proper lifestyle.
    I'm hoping that people post whatever they do daily and what they would recommend to others to do so here, so that whoever is reading this might get motivated or inspired to do the same.
    These tips can be anything. Right from grooming to diets to working out, to basically what a MAN/WOMAN is supposed to do.
    Let your friends here know about this and help them to do the same.

    Well basically what I change the most to improve my daily well-being was:

    - Getting up early in the morning, can be between 6 to 8 am.
    - Going to bed roughly at the same hour every day, between 10 to 12.
    - Eating healty and stop having a lot of fast food and junk food, aparently they can be a related cause for depression.
    - Going to the gym 4 times per week and walking to work.
    - Obviusly to stop fapping and watching porn but also stop thinking about sex and persuing casual sex.
    - Being honest with myself and accepting my mistakes without punishing myself too much.
    - Trying to avoid lies, to myself and other.

    Those are some things i'm trying and well I still have to work a lot on some of them but I'll get there, consistency is the key to success.

    since January, I have lost 60 lbs. my lifestyle changes were a slow rollout. Here was my basic timeline:

    1) I started out by completely cutting out sweets, artificial sweetener and drinking a gallon of water a day. This was the middle of January. (The gallon of water is a whole challenge, believe it or not, but the numerous health benefits were tremendous, and I have basically been doing it ever since.) plus new research shows you should be drinking half your body weight in oz’s to stay hydrated. My dr was also happy with the results and said I should continue.

    2) Around the end of February, I started going back to the gym 3-5 days a week, an hour of cardio each time.

    3). Mid March, I Basically began eating all healthy fresh non processed food and upping protein while decreasing carbs. a lot more portion control, more regular meals a day, fresh fruit and protein bar/shakes for snacks. Plus I eat fish about 1x a day.

    4). By the beginning of May, I had lost 45 lbs. Besides a false blood sugar reading that kicked my butt into gear back in January, my kids roller derby league was looking for referees. I needed to lose some weight to get back on skates regularly for basically the first time since the 80’s. I started training with the junior league doing everything non contact they do for 2 hours 2x a week

    5). By the beginning of June, I realized I needed more skill on skates quicker. I also started training with an adult women’s league 2 additional days a week, for 2 hours at a time. 6-8 hours a week on skates, getting way more intense cardio than I was at the gym allowed me to quit going to the gym. (I really don’t have the energy to cross train after all this)

    6) mid-end of July, started NoFap

    7) This isn’t really something I started doing, but around the beginning of August, my heart rate monitor company emailed me. They basically said they couldn’t help but notice I regularly exceed my maximum heart rate. This must mean I’m really healthy. They lowered my max heart rate from a 44 year old to a 38 year old. I had mixed feelings about this. I was happy but worried I don’t quite meet the athletic physique yet of someone who should have this happen. My plumbing must be good though, because I’m not dead yet.

    As of today, I’m below 200 lbs for the first time in many years. I have more muscle mass. I’m far from done, but if I can drop another 20 lbs, I will be one happy derby referee.

    So far, 2018 has been a great year of regaining control of my life.
