Hi. I suggest two ways:
First way is to use your willpower to quit it entirely: - set a reason that motivates you "like to not be a slave of this habit anymore" and then whenever you want to mastrubate just motivate yourself with this reason and go outside the house and talk to other peiple even if you don't know them and even if just small conversation like asking different people for directions "it's better if this people are beautiful girls so you will feel happy".

The second way is to take it gradually : quit it for one day then do it tomorrow. Then Quit it for 2days do it the 3ird day. Then quit it for 3 days and so on .

Be strong . Good luck
