    Hi guys ,

I was wondering if some of you made big changes in your life since being PMO free/ Starting this challenge. I used to be very depressed since I was 15-16 ( Ups and downs ) and since challenging myself with becoming PMO free I'm feeling better than I ever did since the last 10 years .

I also realize how deep my despair was tbh but I'm glad to be where I'm now in my life. My question is do some of you are in that place now where your confidence and self esteem is way better and you are trying to catch up the time wasted / some projects / Changing your life / taking big decisions etc ...

hello, i´m not too far in as of yet, therefore i don´t notice that much as of yet =) maybe i´m a little less angry, a bit more concentrated. but thats it i think. wish it was going faster ;) i´ve also been depressed for about 8 years now, hope its gonna get better real soon.

how long did it take for you to feel like you are feeling now?

cheers mate, and keep it up. my own motivation is that i´ve lost so much and experienced so many bad things in the last couple of years, i just won´t get back to porn ever again. i don´t want to live like this anymore. i want to be myself. i want to hang out with people, i want to enjoy life.

Hi mate , I started feeling better gradually so I can't really tell you how long it should take. Imo it comes gradually and that allows you to resist more. Everyday I just feel better and I have more drive , more desire to succeed in life . I have urges but then I think of all the bad things Porn brought in my life .

    Keep going !

Taking up NoFap was part of some big changes for me, so I really can't say which came first, the egg or the chicken. All I know is that after a couple of nice streaks and hiccups, something has shifted in the way I live my life and I experience it. Where NoFap really helped is the constant support of the community and the neverending flow of detailed success stories, source of inspiration and motivation.

Definitely trying to make up for the lost time (which needs to be adressed still, because doing too much can also be harmful) more than ever
Definitely witnessing positive changes in self-esteem and confidence in all areas of my life, especially those that were really stuck very recently
Definitely building life projects in a way that has never hit me before
Definitely moving away from deep sadness and overall apathy
Definitely enjoying every second of this new found state mixed with solace and energy and willpower and emotions and ... life !
