Blue balls advice

Hi,

I’ve been able to go on some decent streams lately but on my latest one, on around day 11, I had really bad blue balls, to the point where I was on a date with a girl and couldn’t even concentrate as it was hurting that much. I’m not sure if me having regular cold showers doesn’t help with that either?

It was bugging me that much that I ended my streak (without porn or any images) to relieve the sensation. Felt fine afterwards. Does anyone have any tips for overcoming this kind of thing? I know sometimes you will have wet dreams that will take care of the issue, but I was not in a position to wait for that yesterday as the feeling was so uncomfortable.
