    Guys I'm on day 9, and this week I've experienced a subtle change in emotions, like from feeling very high to very fucking low(today).
    Why I'm suffering from these bipolar dsyfunctions?
    I feel absolute shitty now and out of motivation.
    Holy cow, I can't articulate my feeling in words now. I'm feeling absolute shitty.

    When this 'mood swings' kind of thing would go away? I mean when would things turn back to normal?

    Dont worry it's not beacuse of nofap but if you also feel anxious or angry or even both you should visit doctor and tell him about it. Extreme mood swings are one of steps to suicide thoughts.
