Thanks for your post! It's really uplifting right now.

This is so true. I experience this right now. My life at the moment is quite a sh*tshow, because of that I relapsed twice within three days. Now I'm feeling how I'm gliding back to old habits. I'm gonna start a journal tomorrow, mainly to write down what bothers me the whole day and clear my mind.

Do you know what triggered your relapse and how to learn from this to get better on your next reboot?
Dont worry too much on your relapse because all those streaks they stack up and will make you stronger. But always there is your mind telling you otherwise.
That small voice telling you that you deserve a reward from such a long heavy streak. Your mind knows exactly how to trick you into a relapse binge.

Identify you trigger locations, situations and moods and be prepared the next time. Even if you relapse with a pmo, just get back on the saddle and reboot the next day and adapt.
You know you can do this 90 days, you only have to ask yourself how badly you want it.

Don't know if you're meaning a link to the thread I've made but I can't keep posting links or it might get seen as spam. It's in my profile or just search "My cure for anxiety, femdom, findom, humiliation and sissy porn addiction"

Yes, it's mainly because of boredom and insomnia combined with a lack of energy and/or anxiety about life, future and stuff. All this is a perfect cycle to desaster. PMO leads to anxiety/boredom, what leads to more PMO, and so on...
I managed to break this cycle multiple times for 10 days or longer, but always the insomnia hit and I relapsed (of course not on the first day, I managed to push NoPMO some days, but finally I relapsed).

What I'm about to do is to fix my sleep cycle. I'm switching of all my electical device at 10 PM and read for about an half an hour. Get up early, be physically active, meditate and work towards my goals.

Insomnia also caused me to often masturbate in the past, because I trained myself in as habit to sleep well after doing this. What cured by insomnia:

    1. work out every day
    2. no more eating and drinking after 7pm, except for water
    3. no screen time 1 hour prior to sleeping
    4. drastically lowering my coffee consumption
    5. sticking to a stable sleep schedule as much as possible
    6. eating and drinking healthy(no junk food, chips or alcohol)
    7. when laying in bed, meditating on putting my body parts in rest mode instead of worrying about life problems.
    8. less playing video games
    9. investing in better pillow that will knock you out asap

This is exactly what I pointed out in another thread about insomnia. And it also the reason why the urges are increasing during this time of the day - it's because it became an habit in the past. The brain was trained to get this dopamine high, for example when you're under stress, you're bored, home alone or want to sleep. It is pretty similar to an smoker, who wants to quit smoking.

Thanks for this advices. I try to follow most of them already:
    1. I do a split between weight lifting and cardio at the moment, mostly because I want to lose weight (after a bulk). So I'm at the gym almost everyday. When the weather is good, I do my cardio workout outside.
    3. I'm reading for about half an hour to an hour before going to bed.
    4. Coffee only in the morning and only moderate amounts of coffee.
    5. This is the key. I'm implementing this in my daily life, No screen time after 22:15
    6. It's also important for a healthy body.
    7. Meditating also in the morning for some minutes. Mostly to inhale the silence of the morning, before the storm of the day hits you.
    8. I drastically reduced playing video games
