So I've looked online and seeing as I use to love dairy I never realized the Sat Fat intake was the reasons I felt panic attacks lol (I honestly didn't want believe this )mainly in my gut not just cheese also Coconut milk I was drinking to much of it lol now I know those stuff should be a reward not a daily or weekly thing. Keeping sat fat as low as possible which is hard lol so any advise to lower sat fat let me know However what can I eat at night??? milk also has sat fat :/ so any tips for food at night I'm all ears :) healthy gut means less anxiety :)

sorry, but where did you hear that saturated fat has anything to do with levels of anxiety?

Things ive heard of to avoid: caffeine, alcohol, refined sugar, possibly processed foods.
Things ive heard of that can be good: good balanced diet lots of veg etc, b vitamins (i cant remember exactly), possibly healthy fats e.g. mono unsaturated and saturated fat from plants such as coconut oil.

I am currently not having any dairy and lots of other things as i may have an allergy/intolerance, so ive cut them out while i work it out, i think that would make anxiety worse if you eat something your body doesnt like.

I think eating late at night is generally not advised, eat well during the day and you shouldnt be too hungry later on, things such as refined sugar and artificial sweeteners are known to make you hungry etc.

easier said than done, but im also of the opinion that a healthy body will be less affected by not eating a perfect diet, so exercise is good.

I don't recommend eating late at night if you are trying to maximize fat burning and keep metabolism in check etc. If you do eat at night or really anytime, natural single ingredient foods are your best bed for looking and feeling good.

yahoo lol but it makes sense cuz of I intake to much SAT FAT my heart starts beating faster not GOOD if you already have ANIEXTY. I was afraid of more sugar or carb intake by veggies and fruits so I kept those just 1-3 servings a day. Now I know in this battle I cant be thinking about sugar or carbs. in the morning I was consuming 2 cups of coconut milk instant 2 bags of oat meal which now I know it made this worst, and spinach smoothie. I was eating big meals lol so this first week gonna suck eating small meals but I noticed my nerves were coming from the stomach whenever I ate to much or to much GOOD FATS! I love good fats but it shouldn't past the 10-15 gram mark. I was intaking like easily 30-50 GOOD FATS lol not good. I love meat but now ima eat smaller portions or break it during the day. NIGHT TIME well I work 8 hours and get off at midnight so I have to have something lol just trying to figure out what that doesn't give to much energy

I've gone from 2-3 cokes a day and alot of candy to 1 coke a week. Don't go from a glutton to a monk in one night, take time, but be vigilant. My mind feels clearer and I feel less impulsive, high sugar diet is very dangerous mentally and physically. Giving into any craving, is training grounds for weakness to another. Mental resilience is an umbrella and it will extend from one area of discipline to another. We can't do whatever we want, we can't have whatever we want.

As for anxiety- I have a good deal of it- but heating a high fat diet (whole milk, pork chops, bacon) seems to have been helping me. Don't forget to take fish oil supplements, either. I swear, they are wonderful! I'm not eating processed foods, really aside from dairy. Cook your food, cook it from its most basic ingredients. If nothing else- that act will give you 25-35 minutes worth of focus on something external, something other than the things that assault you mentally. It's a good little vacation!

Tl;DR- stay off the sugar, expect severe fatigue and some depression if you are on a very high sugar diet. After these fade, expect increased mental clarity and a sense of well-being.

I rarely drink soda or any processed foods or added/artificial sugars I use to weight 310lbs now I'm at 210-220 :) the thing is, I remember eating oranges daily and never getting panic attacks I guess knowing my family history of diabetes IM NOT THOUGH which is always in my mind like oh to much sugar or carbs from fruits and veggies I cant or ill be sick LOL!!! WHO CARES if it chills me out and not pump my heart like its gonna explode or my gut gonna throw up then I'm all for FRUITS AND VEGGIES :) of course ill be checking the sugar every year to be safe but right now I just don't want anxiety in my GUT cuz that's the worst one in my personal opinion.

I rather keep the good fats low and mostly at night so I wont crash, trust me I know I use to be PRO FATS but with my heart I rather chill a bit with that.

It's expensive, but look into vitamix. Blend veggies and fruits together, it's delicious.

Lifting is the best thing you can do, don't go crazy into all the highly caffeinated workout supplements, though. It's easy to get sucked into that, ripping high caffeine preworkouts before a lift. If you get into them, find the lower caffeine content ones. All that high caffeine can really exacerbate anxiety and racing thoughts on a level you never thought possible. Find something with less than 135mg per scoop. Drink that thing slow, like 45min to an hour before you lift. If you crush it, you'll go nuts.

Sat fat from where? are you sure that causes your heart to beat faster? if something like sat fat from coconut oil is making your heart beat faster i think you need to get fit or something. who told you a max of 10-15g of good fats a day? sounds very very low to me, if youre not intaking a lot of carbs/sugars then your energy is coming from fats.
1-3 veg a a day is no where near enough, but limiting fruit to 1-2 sounds sensible.

you mention diabetes, it sounds like you think its linked to how much sugar/carb you intake? its not, id do a search if i were you (i also have lots of family diabetes so ive done that myself) AFAIK the main risk factor is waist size, over 38" in men (?) means you have a much higher chance of getting it. not saying a high carb/sugar diet is healthy, i just think its good to know why you're eating what youre eating, and not worry about the wrong things

I do need to go to the doctor though just to see whats up with my heart to be safe, yeah I'm trying not to worry to much

sat fat from plants is much healthier, i'd say dairy in moderation or cut it out and only have it as a treat :) IMO

Thank you :) I kinda vented out today lol it's cuz I was also taking this brain energy supplement even though it helped the brain fog the energy is to much, so I'm not going to take it anymore cuz that energy is to strong , I guess getting rid of anxiety isn't a quick fix but I won't give up baby steps :)

id say be careful with supplements, especially anything that says 'energy'. you probably want relaxing or calm for anxiety, not 'energy'. what was in it?

WHOLE FAT CHAMOMILE ICE CREAM MADE AT A FARM NEARBY JUST FOR ME!!!!

the fat in milk isn't an issue for me, but dairy causes high inflammation and lactose can be hard to digest in a lot of people. i have good genes though....
