So, what've been your favorite books while on this NoFap journey? Can be either fiction or non-fiction I would have to say the autobiography of Malcolm X, really interesting book for me
I read my Bible, and I am thoroughly enjoying "Everest: A Mountaineering History" by Walt Unsworth. Mountaineering is one of my bigger interests and reading about the history of it on the world's highest summit is great motivation for me to keep going.
12 Rules For Life by Jordan Peterson No More Mr. Nice Guy by Robert Glover The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A Fuck by Mark Manso
Ranger's Apprentice Cherub Series ! The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A Fuck ! Excellent read. I haven't finished it yet. Gotta check the other two? Do you remember @SuperBaowi
I finally started going through Gary Wilson's Your Brain On Porn (which is a must read for NoFap) and I'm enjoying it as it reinforces my belief about living pmo free. I highly recommend reading: The Empty Mirror Experiences in a Japanese zen monastery by Janwillem Van De Wetering. It's an old book and it covers a western man's transition from the traditional material world into the world of buddhism and it's lifestyle. I highly recommend for a rebooter. Books I want to read: Think and Grow Rich, some books on Hinduism chakra points, more horror novels, and even some romance novels. (I write romance stories myself) If anyone has any NoFap related book suggestions I would enjoy please share some
