Hi! Can you please be a little bit more specific? For how long were you an addict to PMO, how much PMO and what changed after 318 days of nofap streak.

I had been engaged in this trap for longer than I knew, it’d be around 12 years ago that I started PMO. But, it’s been almost 4 years since I realised that it was turning into a force I could not control. In my first attempt at abstinence, I achieved 318 days of freedom. However, due to the loss of someone close during those days, I fell prey again to the P monster and binged for days, and months (multiple times a day).
One day when reality hit me, I took command of my life again, that’s when I joined this site in 2022 (this is my 2nd account). Had 143 days clean, some losses and many gains. I lost against PMO again and deleted my account.

But, I always knew myself, I could be down but never out. So, I got back up and tried again, rejoining in 2023. It is a process, a journey now I know better.
I wanna regain the radiance I had once had. I know it's achievable I saw the light during those days of abstinence where you are in control and not these urges. I was the best version of myself socially, physically, mentally, financially and in every aspect because I was free from this devil. That’s how you regain yourself.

Hello, thank you for the details my brother, I'm happy to see so many benefits you have had, I hope to see that many benefits as well... I'm currently only in a streak of days 10 + (I'm not sure of how many days, I have an app that's running but I haven't open it in a while, the number makes me anxious haha) I plan to achieve a minimum of half year Hardcore NO PMO.

My best streak was last year for 25 days... Oh boy, I felt incredible, I felt someone totally different for a few days, it was amazing...

One last question, you say that you were a PMO addict for 12 years... At what age did you started doing PMO?

I am glad we all like-minded folks are here on this forum. I am saddened sometimes to see many of my pals who still consider porn as normal and doubt my decision to continue with nofap.
