    I can see that I'm more open to people and more smiling. It's been like 9 days so far. I'm having serious boners in the morning and I start having more energy.

    it is been 6 days, and really I feel like this is going to work for me...What I am doing is to take one day at a time, not looking ahead...but every time I feel like I'm going in the wrong direction I start doing something like doing things with my family or friends... like start a conversation or , just this week my wife started a new job, now I have to study more frequently with the girls... and during the nights I log in and read new threads and partake in others...it makes sense since we all have the same problems...I do not feel frustrated anymore nor alone and that is my mindset... I want to help others to conquest what I have been struggling my whole life, and that positive motivation help me to go trough this journey as well...
