Being honest with your SO, how does it work?

My partner and I never lied about PMO. We just never discussed it. It was always implied that we'd maybe get ourselves off if we felt like it when there was a bit of privacy and the other wasn't in the immediate vicinity.

There's no secrets in our relationship but that doesn't mean we fly a flag every time there's something new or something has happened. If the topic comes up though it's full disclosure.

The problem with PMO for me, wasn't that I "hid" it from my partner Per Se. It's more that it led to a bunch of unhealthy habits and a decreased interest in sex for a while before I started NoFap. I'm probably not at all the most traditional "fapstronaut" though
