    DAY 0 This time no exception can be tolerated. I have to strictly follow the rules . A big NO to all those things that makes me to break my vow. The journey that will lead me to eternal bliss begin today. From today onward I have to be very very careful otherwise lust will kill me . My life begins.............

    Don't worry bro ... It happens .... Just stay focused and don't let the thought of PMO come to your mind...
    Your mind is like a farm.... You only want to sow those things in your farm that are useful ... The thought of PMO is just like weeds that grow in the farm ... They damage the other useful crops... To remove the weeds from the farm we use fertilizers ..... For you , the fertilizer is NOFAP.com.... Come here whenever you need and just don't let the weed grow in your farm...!!
