Begining of return to god mode

I, m male who is 29 years old .I m masturbating from the age of 14 or 15.It has been perhaps 14 years when this bad habit got into me. It took all my stamina and capability o which I could have used to serve my country and family. Slowly slowly it made me loose my confidence ,will power and all the progress which I could have achieved in last 14 years. Today when I see back I find that I could have achieved what I wanted ahead of my age. I want to get back to again to a person who is full of confidence and will power and get all the things which I deserve. I am starting from today and will not give myself a big goal i will restrain myself from porn and masturbation for next 7 days. I will be increasing my number of days in near future. It wil be approx 100 days.
