I just turned 30 and I’ve got a lot of things going for me. If i don’t keep the mental up keep, I’m gonna slip and lose it all. What do I want more? 1 minute instant gratification or fucking success? I’ve quit drinking and drugs already coming up to 9.5 months, this is the last addiction to free my mind for the taking! I’m litterly so close to shooting into space! Nothing will stop me now!!

For fitness no, I have tried track apps only
I've used Habit Bull for few years. It's a track app only but it motivates me to keep the streaks o the goals I have. But it doesn't sincronize with the cloud. So if you fail to flash the phone with a ROM you'll lose everything.
Now I'm trying Loop Habits, it's really easy to save a back up
