My personal forename is Harvey (i don't mind people referring to me as that but its up to you for convenience sake) and i am a 19 year old male with Aspergers syndrome and medium-level depression that i am seeking secondary care (psychologist) help for. I am currently caught in a limbo stage in my life mainly cause of my depressive state and my pornographic use has escalated as a result in the void. I have very few people to speak to at the moment in keeping no meaningful close friends or relationships. I am not literally looking for a medium (i don't need tarot cards or anything) but i would appreciate utilising this space in the future to at the very least talk to other people as I believe it would be theraputic. I am familiar both referencially and firsthand that behavioral exercises would not work very efficiently on myself mainly cause to my condition as despite how much i would want it to. In that respect, despite most best efforts a literal journal may not be practical though once i summon up the courage i will certainly try here. Its not the first time i have 'beaten' porn*; ever since i was much younger (i have a history with pornography) with the additional support of family I even managed to beat masturbation at the time. But within two years afterwards i had restarted the process as a result of my age and hormones ramping up my sexual desires further slowly leading up to today. I hope that even if i can't recreate that success i can lead up to a cleaner future and help control myself until this sexualised age of my life has bypassed and im in a better place. Its uplifting to find a place where i won't feel like im pushed into a religious angle while i deal with my own problems. I hope to see you all soon. (*Not to say that it was easy or I claim it can definitely be 'beaten' out of your life forever with clarity, it will always exist in the world as a temptation and that is a harsh fact)

Hey buddy, I'm autistic too, except not Asperger's, though I am very high functioning. When I was younger, my IQ was 85, now its quite high, but I'm still autistic nonetheless.
