    Hello everyone. I have joined this after reading some threats u let me know by pmo and now I want to Recover myself as soon as possible otherwise my life is just wasted.. I mean not fully sure that this will work but I want to give it a try for reboot since I m in a very severe condition. I have been watching porn and masturbating for 6 years.please help me

    Ankit looks like you're from india as well, let me assure you going through a Nofap reboot definitely makes a significant difference in life! Don't just aim for 30-60-90 day reboot try to stop it completely. If a direct approach seems difficult then try reducing the number of times you relapse and eventually you will stop doing it. Good luck bro!
