Attempting a full reboot

    I dont know if fapping made me a porn addict or porn made me fap addict.

    Ok, first of, I'm a newbie on this site and my goal is to reboot, I've been a fapstronaut for quite some some (7/8 years to be exact) it all began as form of "exploring" my sexual desires if I may say but it got out of hand once the "migical hand" took control over the mind, fapping became a daily thing which I didnt mind at first but now that I look at it, this is not the life style I want. It has cost me relationships and low self esteem.

    Help me reboot, anyone's opinion or advice is welcome. I need to get rid of this addiction.

    I join you brother. Just search for truth. Live in the real. I think that's what I'm doing. I think I tend to use pain from the past as an excuse. Shit the past is gone. It's not coming back (even if it could, would I want that?). There is only now, today, not 90 days, only today. Peace.
