Done well. I also tried a lot, but failed on January 17. I masturbated 7 times and started a new journey from today

Man, I relapsed today after 11 days without porn and without masturbation. On the tenth day, I felt a barrage of temptation and I could not resist.

  5. A relapse is never fun, I know.

I suppose it's the urges that has been the biggest factor of your relapses?

The urges you feel is the brains work to test how strong or weak you are and this is something it will continue to do week after week during your NoFap journey. As long as you keep relapsing after relapsing your brain will begin to find new ways to make your urges so strong that it will be more or less impossible to resist. Your brain has the advantage over you right now and that's not how it should be. Your brain should not be the one who controls or decides what you wanna do or gonna do in life.

To be able to get free from your addictions you need to realize that this is a fight between you and your brain and as long as you keep relapsing you will give the brain the victory over and over again. You have to show your brain that it doesn't need or want this, remind it that this is something bad for it and also something bad for you. You need your brain and your brain needs you. You have to talk some kinda sense with it and be able to meet in the middle sometime. Your brain is a bright organ and are able to change as long as you are showing it in the right direction.

1- Loneliness I sat in my room alone in the evening
3-There was a girl in front of our house. She was almost naked. When I saw her, I imagined sex scenes with her
4-I was not organizing and managing my time. I was random and I had a lot of time on vacation. I was wasting time sitting on the phone and browsing Facebook, and I saw hot scenes on it.
