At this point, I'm gonna change my rules

Recently i still deal with bunches of triggers... Mostly triggered my anxiety not urge to pmo. I was watching a song cover then the guy singing beautifully but i suspicious he is looks like transgender, since so many transgender women to man* cover it, sing to their girlfriend, what triggered me is he wore tank top, it looks like his nipple was leaking out and stuff, i tried to take closer look but I can't anymore scared of relapse...

I'm done scared of anything tbh, I'm just gonna stick with PMO else I don't care anymore... I'm mentally exhaustion from doubts.
