At a bad point

Hi guys,
I joined a while back but was not able to stick to this. The last few days I've been really trying to stop but it's consuming me.
A bit of background, I'm a hard worker, spending most of my time working, however, as a student, that work is done at home, which is a prime spot for masturbation.
Anyway, I'm not sure why, and I'm sure I'll be judged, but for some reason blackmail roleplay is a big turn on, and I commonly join forums for it and message people on Kik or elsewhere for it. Anyway, twice in the last week, the roleplay has seemed too real, as if it's an unconsented person responding, most recently today someone who was getting into it until they said they were under 18 and I panicked. I apologised and said I couldn't carry on and wanted to check they were okay. I'm 90% sure this person was an adult because they proceeded to try to blackmail me, however, it's hit me that this is dangerous, not only for me. As soon as the rush goes I'm a completely different person, with genuinely no sadistic or sexual thoughts. I really struggle to control the other side of myself. Just now I've been thinking about how if it came to it and that was someone underage and I was prosecuted, and given time, I'd most likely end up trying to end it. While I know this is something people say loosely nowadays, I had a bad couple years where I came very close, and while I'm good now, I get bad thoughts and a dampened mods when surrounded with porn.
Not sure if anyone has any advice or if I'm just going to get ridiculed, but I hope someone can offer advice.

A plan sounds good. When I'm out of the house I never get the thought of anything sexual, it's just when I'm home alone, which unfortunately is a lot. I'll get thinking on how I can get out and still do work I guess, just want to get this sorted.
