    Hey everyone am glad to have joined this movement from this day hence forth, and am here so as to to quit porn and make a better life for my self, friends and family

    I believe that we will strengthen each other and surpass our weakness by conquering and freeing our selves from addiction.

    am in day 6 of my rebooting and damn i know the road will only get tougher but what i know is i will be tougher and need your help and support am giving my all will into changing.

    Thanks guys and lets journey together to greatness and beyond.

    Welcome to NoFap. You are in the right place.

    pmo is a monster that changes the demands of the brain. Instead of being satisfied with normal human sex, the brain is trained to only get excited with perfect porn images. Then, when real life sex is tried, often PIED and DE happen*.

    I recommend the "Getting Started with NoFap" guide. You can download it for free on the NoFap homepage.

    The guide explains it much better than I did.

    Keep coming back and letting us know how you are doing. You are important to the group. Look at pmo like a wolf. If you are in the middle of the group, the wolf is less likely to get you. If you wander off or remain on the fringe of the group, the wolf is going to pick you off.

    Post, follow people you like, journal on the forum in the age groups.

    hehehe i think am good no cravings yet whatsoever i feel ok, when do the effects and cravings and all that flatline truly start to kick in??

    Congrats on the 7 days. I think I'm just coming out of a huge flat line. I'm glad I'd read about it, because, otherwise it might have been concerning.
