Hmm, sounds like this is related to your surgery (hope you are doing well and cancer free!). Have you spoken to a doctor about this? Maybe this a symptom people who have a testicle (I assume this is what you meant, but please correct me if I'm wrong) removed? Your doctor should be able to give you better guidance than anyone on this forum could, I think.
My doctor said that the surgery went well and there was no problem for 2 months, it was psychological.
