BIG REALIZATION: I know my triggers and I know how the problem will go away I think. I am constantly tired and fatigued, which makes me irritable and more stressed at times. I also get episodes of depression. My theory is that my brain realizes this and that it wants to counteract it by lifting my mood and making me feel more awake. The result is that these episodes happen. My body wakes me up during sleep to do the horrible act (seriously) because it needs some relief from the tiredness. This theory is supported by the fact that I binge eat on sugary foods, sweets, anything to lift my mood and energy levels often. Especially when I feel more tired. It's as if I need a "kick" to keep me awake. It's as if this horrible habit we are trying to stop functions as some sort of energy giving and mood lifting drug? Maybe it's only my case. I'm chronically tired and very sleepy all the time. I've seen doctors and been referred to a specialist aftercomplaining about tiredness, fatigue, and many other symptoms. And after my blood tests revealed abnormal RF of 450, the doctor took me seriousy it seems. The results indicates some sort of autoimmune disease present. I believe when I've figured out thecause of my tiredness, with the help of the doctors, I will have taken asignificant or maybe even final step to competely stopping these horrible,life-destroying and depressing episodes that FOR GOOD. So if anyone is feeling down or tired all the time, maybe you should take care of this first? Maybe many others are just tired?

    Hello w.k777.

I can tell you that I know how you feel since I've been chronically fatigued almost all my adolescence. I have also seen a lot of doctors and they all told me that I had nothing wrong, that I should take some vitamins and sleep more.

The good news is that it is possible to feel 100% again as I have cured this syndrom. I'm 24, and though I'm not the most energetic being (I'm working hard to change this lol), I'm literally NEVER tired, not even after university, or an intense workout. Of course, I have to sleep like a normal human being.

The bad news is as all this "modern" deseases or syndroms, are complex and multifactorial. You won't find anywhere a magic pill that will instantly cure you. You have to work hard to achieve it but it's very possible.

The things that worked the best for me were: meditation (especially mindfulness), diet, NoFap, and exercise.

I strongly recommend reading "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle to get initiated with meditation and mindfulness, though it's a bit oriented to people who are suffering a lot (as I was). It teaches you a lot of valuable tools and lessons, the most important being learning to breath deeply and conciously (you have no idea how this simple act alone can change your energy levels and energy), watching or observing your thoughts so they lose their emotional weight and relevance leading to better mental and emotional health and clarity. Then there is a whole chapter dedicated to the inner body, which is a subtler energy form of your physical body which stores all emotional blockages (negative emotions such as fear, anxiety, sadness. Have you ever felt like a painful tension in your chest? That's an energy blockage). Releasing these will strongly rise your energy levels and your inmune system (did I mention yet that I haven't been sick, not even once, for 7 years?

Ok, so we have the meditation part covered. Next: diet (or better said, nutrition)

This is very, very important. I cannot stress this enough. After reading and reading about diets, nutrition and experimenting with myself I came across with the perfect diet for the human body: the paleo diet. I suggest you read "The Paleo Solution" by Robb Wolf (he has a story of illness and chronic fatigue too, and he was a vegan or a vegetarian). It's set with a principle (though it must not became a dogma): we've been hunterers gatherers for millions of years so our bodies evolved to eat what they ate: meat, fish, eggs, veggetables, fruits, what we call "real food", not the processed crap loaded with sugar we eat now. If you don't think this is important I suggest you only quit sugar and everyhing with flour. You will experience symtoms strangely very similar to the withdrawal of the NoFap reboot. When you succeed you'll start to notice that your energy becomes more stable, you won't have much ups and downs as before. Now, if you want to really improve your health, do the full paleo diet. I garantee you will feel so much better you'll never eat that crap again. (junk food is the PMO of nutrition).

    Nutrition? Check!

Now, NoFap. I don't have anything to add that this website didn't say before, porn isn't good for your sexual health and orgasming too much can lead to energy leak.

Finally, exersice. I've noticed that after all this I've incorpored I became fitter, stronger, healthier, more social. But after a while this super powers start to fade away (of course you won't lose your progress and you will be 10 times better but you won't feel like a super hero) And it's common sense, our ancestors didn't sit all day in the computer or in the sofa watching television. So if you really want to be your best version you have to MOVE. I started with cardio and crossfit (by the way, cardio improves memory and cognitive functions) and now I'm more active, productive and energetic than before.

Those habits drastically improved my quality of life.

    I hope this helps you.

    Much love, Peacekeeper.
