    Yes of course! Listen to it and see for yourself. Apart from "spiritual terms" and other things there is some valuable message.

    Speaking for myself, i did no PMO for 14 days without channeling energy in something else (i was doing nothing all day) and so it became anger in me. I was angry for no reason and it was strong. Then i found this video and it clarified what was happening in me.

    The key point in the video is: sex instinct is natural and urges are there. Simply suppressing them by abstaining is not good. Energy must be transformed by activity or something else in life. Maybe nothing new but it felt very good to share and very valuable for someone in my situation, struggling with abstention alone!
