Lol, doesn't matter if it was a girl, or a guy doing the messaging. It's just creepy if someone contacts you out of the blue. My whatsapp block list is like 20-30 numbers long, it's easier to block than actually care who it is.

After all, if it's someone you know, they can just text/call and explain the issue anyway.

 

Well, in my case, I don't share contact number(share only with closed ones) so there is no block list.

If I would ask somebody if she is a girl and she responded why I ask either I would not respond or just say something funny like 'your nickname says you are not a bald old guy'.
