    Heya!

I'm now 34 days into this no PMO journey. Everything has been going quite well. Today though I had my first wet dream and it was not the most pleasant experience to say the least.

Basicly saw a dream where I got head and then it happend. How frequently will wet dreams happen and also is it a positive sign? What I meant by the previous part are wet dreams like sign of healing or recovering?

This is kind of weird in a sense because I do not remember having wet dreams in my teens at all(24 years old now).

  2. In my opinion wet dreams are a very positive sign. It's evidence for your sexual abstinence before and it's very natural. I had a few wet dreams in the age of 14-17, usually some nice erotic dreams and a great feeling of orgasm. Several years later, after months of abstinence I had another wet dream and there was nothing erotic. It almost was a night mare. No idea what's going on in our mind. Actually I would be happy to have a wet dream.

Keep on trucking and enjoy the journey.

From my experience, wet dreams are just a blessing in disguise on our journey. Imagine you have a cup full if water. If you fill more water, it'll flow out. If you shake it hard, the water in the cup will be less. That's exactly what wet dreams and masturbation are:eek:. When you masturbate, you're wasting energy - shaking the cup. When you have wet dreams, the excess energy is being naturally taken care of - the cup overflowing. If you do excercise, you will be putting this energy to good use, and at the same time, wet dreams will be here to overflow your sexual desires.;)

So basicly due to not fapping and not releasing wet dreams are just natural way of semen being released? Since I guess we can't build up semen forever.

  6. I've had 2 wet dreams in the span of 20 days so it varies from person to person. I've read that the more you MO, the quicker you have a WD when you abstain.
I've read reports of people here saying they had 4 continuous nights of WDs in a week around 3 weeks in. and some of them have still not had it and they're well past the 50 day mark.
From what I've noticed, the more triggering content you avoid, it registers in your subconscious till you reach a point where it comes back as a dream and voila! To me that makes sense as it also means you build up a tolerance as your brain is getting rewired and so the frequency also gradually reduces over time.
