Hi, I was thinking about the possible presence of stats about rebooting success. Do you know if surveys have been done about this ?

For example, on 1,000 people who started NoFap a year or two years ago, how many don't watch P/masturbate anymore ? And more specific data with their age, their previous P use, their type of reboot, their strategies, etc.

  2. I've never seen this type of data.

It would be interesting to have some insight in order to compare the strength of P addiction with other addictions, don't you agree ?

Well I don't know about the stats, but the data is definitely there.

personally, I'm not sure how you would keep track of ever evolving data like that... perhaps a sort of reboot census every six months or something?

Pareto's Law or the 80/20 principle would be a good yard stick to quantify this.
