Anything sexual makes me uncomfortable now

The best thing to do is act naturally. If they are talking about it, you don't need to talk or tell a story involving it, only act as it is something ordinary.
I know this because these last times i'm getting "done" with these affairs, although i guess is a signal that my brain is filtering P stuff from what i understand sex is.

 

I can understand the discomfort, but why is that discomfort turning into a panic attack ?

 

That's a blessing. I wish I were disgusted by sex stuff ... for a 90 days at least.

I get really uncomfortable too when coworkers start talking about sex at work. Sex in general disgusts me, however, I still like/want to have it with people.

I don't think it's something that should be flaunted around. It's gutter talk.
