    I'm in the no PMO boat for life as well! I may masturbate with my future girlfriend and stuff (i'm a teen) but not fantasising about other women out of respect for them.     How about we list our triggers so we can help understand our own problems and maybe explain each others. It may be difficult to do but we are all in the same boat. I found myself feeling like I was unable to chat up women I think are hot and found myself beginning to turn to porn. These blips in concentration are the key to beating an addiction and I think letting it best me

    What do you need. Maybe you should explain what the problem is about the difficulty you're facing. I always find it easier to deal with when I look at the immediate issues in my life, such as my messy room or kitchen full of dishes. Doing these, and concentrate in those. I find the depression I face in porn begins to reflect in those, but because I can get rid of those it disappears! What about you?

    Hey guys how's everyone doing? I cheated already and had to reset 4 days ago, a girl I liked more then I realised that I was in exclusive with was going out with another guy that night it made me feel down and along with losing money that day at poker aswell because of that I relapsed... But generally speaking I feel miles better... Iv been to gym 5 days in last 7 and can not stress enough how much better that's made me feel starting in the gym!

    Overall feel much more on track in life!
