I don't really believe in being attracted just to penis or just to vagina, though the sissy porn theory is believable

 

I think one can focus only on the dick as a stimulus. Personally I think it comes from feeling inadequate in life. Even if you have a big one yourself you need constant reassurance or if you are not big or just normal it’s a kind of envy, maybe. Just a guess.

 

To me, this is obviously a case of sexual desire change caused by porn. It is common for many people to become aroused by porn, themes, and individuals they did not and do not find attractive/want a relationship with. (I’m straight, but attracted to transsexual or gay porn (or gay attracted to straight porn). What’s up?)

I was in a very similar scenario to you. During my teen years, I became very addicted to sissy porn, transexual porn, and accompanying themes. I seriously considered my sexuality, my gender identity, and everything about myself. The slightest things triggered extreme fantasies and terrible feelings, such as just reading a word, seeing something feminine, or being around certain people.

I realized this was all instilled by porn. I did a 90 day hard-mode reboot, rewired by exploring my sexual desires, and continue to strive for a healthy sexual lifestyle. I'm not 100% cured of my porn-instilled desires, but I have a very firm grasp on what are my true sexual desires, and what is instilled by porn.

So what are you true sexual desires ? Are you fine with them ?

 

Well I know I'm only attracted to cis women. I get butterflies in my stomach and a sense of fulfillment when talking with women that I just don't get with anyone else. I have great friendships with men and my best friends are men, but I don't want the same type of relationship with them as I do with women. My favorite sign of affection with men is dapping up, and my favorite sign of affection with women is a hug.

My true sexual desires are ones that inspire fulfillment, tranquility, joy, and excitement. I get these desires with women. During the worst days of my addiction, my desires concerning men and other themes were focused on non-consent, shame, compulsion, lack of choice, and humiliation. No sexual desire or relationship can be built on those feelings.

That is ultimately how I determine if a desire is true or induced by porn. If it makes me feel good in every way, it is true. If parts of it don't make me feel good, it's likely porn-induced.

Seeing the word is a trigger for me and seeing female underwear anywear is aswell, iv stole womand underwear off washing lunes and met men in them.
